Pursuant to RI State Law 32-42-4 et seq., we no longer have to inform you via certified letter or local newspaper, therefore all information regarding auction will be here on this website. This serves as your Demand for Payment as well as your notice to assert a Possessory Lien on the property stored in your storage unit here at Forum Self Storage 1074 Plainfield Street Johnston RI 02919.  This lien is asserted for non-payment of rent charges, late fees and other associated auction fees for the rental of storage space.  Any and all balances need to be paid in full and made with CASH or CREDIT to stop auction procedures.

Accounts must be brought current by August 23, 2024 @ 5pm 

or unit will be sold by competitive bidding

10:00am to satisfy the lien.
